We do not collect payment card details, identity numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this website.

All online bookings are handled by Booksy (booksy.com). When you book an appointment, Booksy acts as a processor of your personal information — including your name, contact details and selected treatment — to manage your appointment. Booksy's handling of your data is governed by the Booksy Privacy Policy.

Bloeming Beauty accesses booking information through Booksy solely to manage and provide your appointment. We do not use your information for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

For treatments that require it (e.g. permanent make-up), Lelani may keep basic client records — such as treatment history and disclosed allergies or sensitivities — to provide services safely. These records are kept confidential, are accessible only to authorised staff, and are retained for 12 months from your last appointment unless a longer period is required for health and safety reasons.
